In addition to our Lively Lift Program we offer a variety of group fitness classes on the mat ranging from 45 to 60 minutes.

Booty Burn

Get ready to drop it, pop it & work it with Booty Burn. This 45 min strength & conditioning class is designed to lift, tone & tighten your booty! We focus on high intensity bursts paired with dumbbells + booty bands with short resting periods to strengthens your hips, legs & booty. Can you say #bootygains?

total Body Strength

TBS is designed to strengthen & tone your entire body! This class is offered for 45 or 60 min. We focus on high repetition to build lean muscles, paired with a killers playlist to get you hyped. You’ll use a variety of equipment including: dumbbells, resistance bands, plyo boxes & sliders.

Bootcamp

Bootcamp is a 60 min, full body workout designed to make you perform like an athlete. In this class we use a combination of body weighted exercises paired with dumbbells & high intensity interval training to increase your strength, agility & speed. This class takes place inside & outside with the ultimate endurance playlist.

Tone Arms & Abs

Isolate, burn, and tone your arms + abs with this quick 45 min strength class. We use bodyweight moves paired with light dumbbells & a sprinkle of HIIT to tighten & tone for sleek & sexy arms & abs!
