How do Lively Lift Session Work?

Our lift sessions offer the same quality coaching as 1:1 training, along with establishing a community of like-minded women who are ready to get healthy, confident & strong as hell.

  • You'll be paired in groups of 2-4 women. We design our program for the novice to advanced. If you are new to lifting, no sweat love - you'll be with other women just like you!

  • For the advance lifters be prepared to be pushed & reach your next fitness goals!

  • You're never alone as a dedicated personal trainer is with you the whole time!

  • We offer 4 lifting session per week & 1 group fitness class.

  • You can choose from 3 membership types!

As founding trainers at top fitness studios in the game (aka Barry’s & Rumble) we took our experience to design Lively Lifts! 

How Are We Different

Big gyms offer usually look like this:

Large groups of people

High-intensity cardio with some weights thrown in

New workouts all the time to keep things “fun”

Not conducive to coaching or individualized attention

What we offer at LXS is much different:

Small class size (12-15 max)

Workouts focused on muscular strength, endurance & cardiovascular fitness

Expertly designed to build strength and improve functional fitness

Dedicated, hands-on attention to ensure you’re lifting correctly

Weekly Classes

Explosive Conditioning

  • Endurance & Stamina Focus

  • This session includes higher tempo speed drills & combinations.

  • We build strength while raising your heart rate incorporating weights + running, biking, rowings, sled push & skiing!

Tone Arms & Abs

  • Upper Body Focus

  • This session targets your shoulders, triceps & back.

  • We practice a variation of push & pull lifts. You'll build strength & stability in the muscles that support your core while also toning your entire upper body.

Full Body Strength

  • Total Body Focus

  • Here we target all the major muscle groups with limited cardio & just weights.

  • We use a variety of equipment including barbells, cables, kettlebells & free weights incorporating dynamic combos.

Booty Builder

  • Lower Body Focus

  • This session targets your quads, hamstrings & glutes.

  • We practice hip thrusters, deadlifts, sumo squats and more... using barbells, heavy dumbbells & booty bands to lift, tone & tighten your lower body muscle groups. Format varies week to week to build your booty!

Saturday Special

On the weekends we mix it up a bit. Join us for our signature OG classes at 10:15am on Saturday! You don’t have to be a member to join in on the fun. But spots are limited!

  • Total Body Strength

    • TBS is not your average circuit class. It’s a highly efficient strength & conditioning class designed to maximize aesthetics, body composition + strength. This 75-minute class pairs you in a small group to keep you motivated. Each class uses a variety of equipment including the sled, battle ropes, squat rack, medicine balls & free weights… and more!

  • Booty Burn + Abs

    • Get ready to drop it, pop it & work it with Booty Burn. This 75 min class is designed to lift, tone & tighten your booty! We focus on high intensity bursts paired with heavy weights +booty bands with short resting periods to strengthens your hips, legs & booty. Can you say #bootygains? This class is also paired with a 15 min core-torching finisher!
