The Lively Method is our signature training style — a smart blend of progressive strength training, Pilates-inspired control, and athletic conditioning built for real life, not just the gym!

This isn’t about chasing calories. It’s about building a body that’s powerful, sculpted & capable.

A body that can carry babies (furbabies absolutely count), lead meetings, lift heavy, run faster & train like a hybrid athlete (hello HYROX).

We don’t just train for looks. We train for performance.

I HIGHLY recommend this studio for Stanford students at all fitness levels. I started with 5-pound dumbbells as my max and now, I can hold 25 to 30-pound dumbbells just fine and push sleds as heavy as the rest of the class can push. I’ve been working out at LivelyX for a few years now, both in classes and personal training, and it’s been fantastic the whole way through. The studio itself is beautiful, well-equipped, and clean, and the instructors are knowledgeable and motivating without ever being intimidating.
