From her days as an NFL cheerleader to leading tech start-ups to transformative movement classes, Laura combines her diverse experiences to create results-driven programs. As the founder of LXS, she has built a sanctuary where women can build muscle, boost inner confidence, and connect deeply with themselves. ​Laura's mission is clear: to help women become the strongest, most empowered versions of themselves!

From pirouettes, to basketball courts and swim lanes, she’s been moving with purpose since she was four. In 2007, she leveled up her own fitness journey—crushing half marathons, throwing punches in boxing, and competing in novice body building. Jenn’s mission is to help women feel strong, unstoppable, and totally in love with their own bodies. When she’s not lifting heavy or leading the strength classes in the studio, she’s calling the shots as a VP in her family biz. And let's not forget her soft spot for senior pups—she's their ultimate champion!
